At Dotless.ae, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that all our products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if an item is delivered in a faulty or defective condition, we will accept a return in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
  • The request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not faulty or damaged upon delivery cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via [insert email/phone/WhatsApp link] within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect/fault.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for the return pickup or request you to ship the product back.
  4. After inspection, we will either:
    • Issue a replacement, or
    • Provide a refund to your original payment method (only if replacement is not possible).

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item is found to be in good condition (not faulty), the return request will be declined.
