We deliver end-to-end waste-management solutions, septic & industrial tank cleaning, and a full range of specialist cleaning and disinfection services for residential, commercial and industrial clients across Dubai.

We serve all seven emirates, with rapid-response teams based in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. For projects outside the UAE, contact our sales desk for a custom mobilisation plan.

Yes. Dotless is Dubai Municipality–approved, registered with the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment (MOCCAE), and fully insured for public liability, professional indemnity and employee welfare.

Standard hours are 06:00 – 22:00 GST, but our emergency line is staffed round-the-clock for spills, overflows or floods.

2. Waste-Management Services

Questions about scheduled pickups, waste streams, bins, compliance and logistics for everyday and hazardous waste.

Municipal solid waste, food waste, recyclables, clinical & bio-hazardous waste, hazardous chemicals, construction & demolition debris, and waste oils.

Yes. Choose daily, weekly or on-call collection plans. RFID-tagged bins and the customer portal let you monitor pickups and weights in real time.

We supply colour-coded bins (120 L – 1,100 L), roll-on roll-off skips, and smart compactors with fill-level sensors—rental or purchase.

All collections are logged in the Dubai Integrated Waste Management System (IWMS); hazardous consignments travel with an electronic manifest and are treated at DM-approved facilities.

3. Tank Cleaning & Confined-Space Work

Details on water, fuel and process tank cleaning, safety protocols and downtime management.

Fresh-water storage, septic tanks, grease traps, diesel & fuel tanks, chemical process tanks and silo vessels.

Dubai Municipality recommends every 6 months for potable water tanks in residential & commercial buildings.

Confined-space permits, gas monitoring, intrinsically safe lighting, ATEX-rated equipment, rescue standby teams and ISO 45001-compliant procedures.

A typical 5,000 US-gallon tank is cleaned, disinfected and refilled within 4 – 6 hours; we coordinate downtime with building management.

4. Specialist Cleaning & Disinfection

Information on high-risk cleaning tasks, pathogen control and eco-friendly practices.

Yes. We use DM-approved EPA List N disinfectants applied via ULV fogging and electrostatic spraying, with ATP testing to verify results.

Absolutely. Our kitchen-exhaust service is NFPA 96-compliant and includes pre- and post-service photographic reports.

Wherever possible we use biodegradable, food-grade detergents and closed-loop wash-water recovery to minimise environmental impact.

Based on service type, volume/area, site accessibility and urgency. Itemised quotes guarantee no hidden fees.

Bank transfer, corporate credit card, cheque and cash. Government entities may issue LPOs.
